Absolutely amazing! These completely take car of the problem the Dorman ones try to fix. They don’t crumble, they do what they’re supposed to do.
Oh and super wicked fast shipping. I’ve ordered three sets so far, and as long as Cunningham makes these, I’m a buyer for life. I’m not paid to say that, and I don’t know anyone there. These bushings are that dad gum good!

Recently installed pins, bushings, rollers, and strikers in a 96 2dr Tahoe and a 90 C1500.
Build quality is great, the pins look and feel great in your hand and slide right through the bushings.
I’ve never seen the Dorman bushings but the look and feel of these CM bushings is on point. They fit snug into door and slide right in with no hang ups. This combo made a night and day difference in both of these truck, if you’re debating it just do it!
Pro tip- dont be cheap, get the install tool for the bushings. Not NECESSARY but definitely worth the extra $10.
Just for reference, the passenger side door of the 96 had to be slammed to close and still had the original bushings i did not need the over sized bushings. The bushings drivers side door of the 90 were previously replaced but were blown out and still did not need the oversized bushings.

Fast shipping and arrived before expected! Seems strange to be this excited over bushings, but they’re worth it. It took me replacing 4 sets of Dorman kits (none of which lasted a full year) to finally give in. If you’ve made it this far, just order it already!

These bushings are from bar stock metal and not the pressed powdered metal crap your get at the parts stores. They brought my 1996 tahoe back to stock door function perfection. The door roller pins I ordered were also the best quality hardened steel and bronze. I will never use any other. I have a maintenence background, and Cunningham Machine is the real deal for quality OBS Chevy parts. They have earned my business folks.
